D'Accent@Family of God

How dear and precious is our family, united as it is by the bond of mutual prayer! I think that it is difficult to escape that fact, and that the weaknesses of one member are immediately supplied by the prayers of another, and one member's crisis by another's eagerness, so that the whole team marches forward with confidence towards its Homeland."
Carlos Carretto, Letters to Dolcidia

The picture above shows one of the care groups in my church, named KE 2 Cg. This Cg is mainly for the working people to fellowship together. Im glad to be a part of them even though im still a student but im going to graduate soon.Hehe..

We care and love each other in this Cg. This Cg unites us together and share our burdens and needs. Besides, we can serve our Lord together and give praise to Him. Praise the Lord. This Cg is playing an important role to train us to be a head but not a tail. Everyone of us has our own weaknesses but through God and the relationship of Bro&Sis in Christ, we are willing to be shaped in this Cg and obey to our leader.

The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body. So it is with Christ.
1 Corinthians 12:12

'Love is in the air', KE 2 Cg has its own unique way to run the programmes because majority of them are working adult. Anyway, i feel glad and comfortable to be with them. I learn alot of things from their sharing about their careers and business that they are doing.

If you are curious about this Cg. Feel free to visit us and we welcome you as well. We care, we concern, we pray, we share, we love and we really appreciate each person in this Cg.

The eye cannot say to the hand, "I don't need you!" And the head cannot say to the feet, "I don't need you!" 22On the contrary, those parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, 23and the parts that we think are less honorable we treat with special honor. And the parts that are unpresentable are treated with special modesty, 24while our presentable parts need no special treatment. But God has combined the members of the body and has given greater honor to the parts that lacked it, 25so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other. 26If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.
1 Corinthians 12:21-26

Family Of God
by William J. Gaither

Chorus
I'm so glad I'm a part of the Family of God,
I've been washed in the fountain, cleansed by His Blood!
Joint heirs with Jesus as we travel this sod,
For I'm part of the family,
The Family of God

You will notice we say "brother and sister" 'round here,
It's because we're a family and these are so near;
When one has a heartache, we all share the tears,
And rejoice in each victory in this family so dear.

Chorus
I'm so glad I'm a part of the Family of God,
I've been washed in the fountain, cleansed by His Blood!
Joint heirs with Jesus as we travel this sod,
For I'm part of the family,
The Family of God

From the door of an orphanage to the house of the King,
No longer an outcast, a new song I sing;
From rags unto riches, from the weak to the strong,
I'm not worthy to be here, but PRAISE GOD! I belong!

Chorus
I'm so glad I'm a part of the Family of God,
I've been washed in the fountain, cleansed by His Blood!
Joint heirs with Jesus as we travel this sod,
For I'm part of the family,
The Family of God
